Stephen P. Mehr
Stephen Mehr attended William Paterson University where he studied Psychology and Business Management as an undergraduate. For several years after, he managed a multi million dollar staffing office in Englewood, New Jersey. During that same time he attended the American School of Business completing the necessary curriculum to obtain his apprentice permit in residential real estate appraising in 2003. Over the next three years Stephen trained as an apprentice in the field with Classic Consultants & Appraisers based in Essex County, New Jersey. In 2007 after receiving his Real Estate Appraiser License, Stephen founded North Jersey Appraising and Consulting which he still owns and operates today.
During the course of his professional career, Stephen has personally inspected and appraised more than 10,000 residential properties in New Jersey ranging from $20,000 to over $15 MIL in value. He has appraised and consulted for high profile individuals such as DJ Clue, John MacLean of the Devils and Les Paul among many others. Now, he looks forward to assisting you with your residential needs.
